Sales administrator

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy supporting sales teams?

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join SMC Group and help keep our inside sales operations running smoothly. With more than 65 years of manufacturing expertise, SMC Group designs and produces specialist masts, antennas, and RF communication equipment used by organisations around the world. In this role, you’ll support the commercial team with quotations, order processing, CRM management, and customer account support, ensuring our customers receive a responsive and professional service.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

– Act as the main contact for a portfolio of smaller customer accounts.
– Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
– Maintain customer information and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
– Manage quotes and order documentation through Syspro.
– Support supplier and customer portal updates.
– Monitor quotes nearing expiry and assist with follow-ups.
– Maintain organised records to support ISO 9001 standards.
– Assist the commercial team with reports, documentation, and presentations.

 

What We’re Looking For

– Experience in sales administration, internal sales, customer service, or similar roles.
– Strong organisation and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Comfortable working with pricing information and sales data.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– CRM software experience: 1 year (preferred)
– ERP systems experience: 1 year (preferred)

Bonus if you have: Experience using Syspro or similar ERP systems, along with CRM systems such as HubSpot.

Marketing Executive

Are you a creative marketer who enjoys producing content, managing social media and supporting campaigns?

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help deliver engaging marketing activity across LinkedIn, website, email, and internal communications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, campaign coordination, and digital marketing execution.

With more than 65 years of manufacturing expertise, SMC designs and produces specialist masts, antennas, and RF communication equipment used by organisations around the world. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns running smoothly while ensuring our content stays engaging, consistent, and on brand.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

– Creating and scheduling LinkedIn content, blogs, and newsletters.
– Updating website content and pages using Elementor.
– Managing social media engagement and interactions.
– Assisting with internal communications and company updates.
– Maintaining content calendars and marketing assets.
– Supporting campaign reporting and performance tracking.

 

What We’re Looking For

– Experience creating content for LinkedIn.
– Strong copywriting and communication skills.
– Experience with Canva.
– Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
– Experience updating websites using Elementor or similar CMS.
– Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Bonus if you have: Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator).
